In Denmark, the Danish Health and Medicines Authority is the supreme authority in healthcare and regulatory control of medicines.
We assist and advise the Ministry of Health as well as other authorities with the administration of healthcare services and inform Danish citizens on health issues. It is also our responsibility to ensure the availability of effective and safe medicines, medical devices and new therapies and to promote their proper use.
